Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Examination (KIITEE) is a university level undergraduate engineering entrance exam conducted by KIIT University every year for admission to various B.Tech programmes. The entrance exam is conducted by the university in online (CBT) mode across various cities of India.

The online application form of KIITEE 2018 opened on November 20; last date to submit completed application form is March 31, 2018.

KIITEE Eligibility Criteria 2018

KIITEE Application Form 2018

The online application form of KIITEE 2018 opened on November 20. While filling the application form of KIITEE 2018, candidates will have to fill in their personal, academic and contact information. Candidates will be able to fill the online application form till March 31, 2018. There is no application fee for KIITEE 2018. The steps to fill the application form of KIITEE 2018 are as follows:

·         Uploading of passport size photograph, recent signatures and class X marks sheet in prescribed format.

KIITEE Exam Pattern 2018

 

The KIITEE 2018 exam will be held in online (Computer Based Test) mode. To take the KIITEE 2018 test, candidates will have to log-in to their alloted computers using the password given in the admit card. The test will include objective multiple-choice questions, and the candidate is required to indicate their answers by clicking on the circle adjacent to the option which he/she considers to be correct.

KIITEE Slot Booking 2018

All registered candidates will be able to book their slots from April 1-5, 2018. Through the slot booking process, the candidates will be able to book their exam centres, date and slot timings. KIITEE 2018 slot booking will be available on first-come, first-serve basis. It may be noted that the admit card of KIITEE 2018 will be issued only after successful slot booking

Steps for KIITEE 2018 Slot Booking

·         The candidates will have to log in using their application number and date of birth to book their slots.

·         After successfully logging in, the candidates will have to select their preferred exam centre and date. A limited time will be given to the candidates to confirm their booked slot. No changes can be done after the slots are booked. 

·         The candidates will be able to download their admit card only after successfully booking their slot.

KIITEE Eligibility Criteria 2017

 

KIITEE 2017 Eligibility Criteria provides essential requirements for aspiring candidates to be eligible for taking the engineering entrance exam. The eligibility criteria of KIITEE 2017 includes educational background and age criteria, number of attempts, marks and percentage in the qualifying exam, etc. Only those candidates will be considered eligible for appearing in KIITEE 2017 who meet all the eligibility conditions of KIITEE 2017.

 

KIITEE 2017 Eligibility Criteria for B.Tech Programmes

  • Aspirants applying for B.Tech programmes must have passed class XII or equivalent exams in 2015, 2016.

  • The candidates appearing for class XII or equivalent in 2017 will also be considered eligible for KIITEE 2017.

  • They must have secured minimum aggregate marks of 60% in all subjects - Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

KIITEE 2017 Eligibility Criteria for Dual Degree (B.Tech+M.Tech) Programmes

  • Candidates applying for dual degree (B.Tech+M.Tech) programmes must have passed class XII with minimum aggregate marks of 60% in all subjects - Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

  • The aspiring candidates for KIITEE must be born on or after July 1, 1996.

  • Their class XII education is required to be regular full time one.

 

KIITEE Application Form 2017

 

KIITEE 2017 Application Form has been released on December 2, 2016, in online mode. Candidates can fill the application form of KIITEE 2017 till the fourth week of March 2017. Further, examinees must send the application form of KIITEE 2017 by post tentatively in the first week of April 2017. The aspiring candidates will be required to fill their personal details, educational background and contact details in the application form of KIITEE 2017. The candidates do not have to pay any application fee for appearing in KIITEE 2017.


KIITEE Exam Pattern 2017

  • KIITEE 2017 question paper will have 3 sections – Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

  • The entrance exam will be conducted for three hours (180 minutes).

  • KIITEE 2017 entrance exam will be of total 480 marks.

  • Aspiring candidates are awarded four marks for every correct answer, while one mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.


KIITEE Result 2017

 

KIITEE result 2017 will be declared by May 5, 2017. Through the result of KIITEE 2017, the examinees will be able to get access to their ranks obtained by them in the entrance exam. The university first releases provisional result of KIITEE 2017, and thereafter later it releases the final KIITEE 2017. The merit list of KIITEE 2017 will be released separately by the university. Candidates qualifying with minimum cut-off marks of KIITEE 2017 will be eligible for the counselling. To view KIITEE 2017 result, the aspirants will have to enter their application number of KIITEE 2017 and date of birth. KIITEE 2016 - Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology Entrance Examination (KIITEE) will be held from April 21, 2016 to April 30, 2016. The exam is conducted by the Kalinga University every year for admissions to graduate level engineering programmes at the university. Candidates aspiring for the KIITEE 2016 must fulfill all the Eligibility Conditions of KIITEE 2016. Online Applications for KIITEE 2016 are available from December 10, 2015 onwards. 

 

KIITEE 2016 Eligibility Criteria:

  • Candidates must have passed their 10+2 in 2014, 2015 or candidates appearing fpr 10+2 in 2016 will be considered eligible for KIITEE 2016

  • Candidates must have scored 60% of total marks in Mathematics, Physcis and Chemistry taken together in their Class XII or equivalent exam

  • Candidates applying for B.Tech & M.Tech.(Dual Degree) Biotechnology course must have passed their 10+2 or equivalent with at least 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology taken together.

  • Candidates aspiring for KIITEE should have born on or after July 1, 1995

  • Education of a candidate must be a regular full time formal education in their schools/colleges.

KIITEE 2016 Selection Procedure: Performance of a candidate in KIITEE 2016 will be the only option for a candidate to get selected for the B.Tech programmes of the University.

  • Multiple Choice Questions based on Class 12th syllabus prescribed by CBSE will be asked in the question paper of KIITEE 2016.

  • KIITEE 2016 exam will be of three hours.

  • For every correct answer marked by a candidate, 4 marks will be awarded and for every incorrect answer marked by a candidate 1 mark will be deducted from total score. Zero marks will be awarded for every unanswered question.

 

 

KIITEE 2016 Counselling: 

  • KIITEE 2016 Counselling is expected will be held from June 2, 2016 to June 15, 2016.

  • Every qualified candidate of KIITEE 2016 will have to appear for the counselling in person.

  • KIIT University will conduct the KIITEE 2016 Counselling for the academic year 2016-17 till the seats in various engineering branches remain vacant.

KIITEE Counselling 2017

 

KIITEE Counselling 2017 will be conducted tentatively in the third week of June 2017. The schedule of the counselling of KIITEE 2017 will be released after the declaration of results of KIITEE 2017. Examinees must attend KIITEE counselling 2017 in person for admission to B.Tech and dual degree programmes available at the university.
